I LOVE the structure of the blazer. Slim fitting and doesn’t give off the corporate feel. If only the weather would turn on the aircon in Sing.

Alexander Wang ’08 RTW Collection

This look inspired me to get long slim-cut grey jacket, and I bought a F21 grey pleated shorts the other day that I think can go with this outfit too. Pointed pumps just completed the whole simple yet understated chic look, doncha think?

SO simple yet so nice! Love the whole feel, it’s like the kind of “I made an effort without looking like I tried too hard” kinda feel. =D

Pee-wheet! So damn sexy can. Bet the boys will drool ’til their shirts are soaked if the lady wear this out for a HOT date. Heh.

If I work in the officey kinda environment, I don’t mind going to work in this getup man. The whole look just spells S-E-X-Y! Love love it.

The whole “cropped” look is so nicely put together, it had me staring for a few min, taking in the structure of the whole body and the way the cropped jacket complimented the skinny pants grazing the ankle PERFECTLY. Wow.

Remember the post I wrote about alibaba pants? The harem pants is fast catching the wave and I’ve seen several girls on the street pulling the look quite nicely! I still haven’t found my perfect harem pants though. =(

Love the a tad oversized blouse plus short A-line skirt with a slim belt cinched at the wasit look. It’s not OTT, and gives off this classy aftertaste. ahhhh

This collection made me think out of a box on how to put basics together nicely. The way the cutting of each basic enhances the whole understated look is really not easy to be put together, but once you found the right pieces that compliments your body shape, the look will just follow suit.

Hope you guys will find some inspiration from this collection!

Work’s getting to me, but well, stress is always a positive motivational force! But well, will inevitably neglect this space for a bit cos as much as I adore shopping, the mood for it is stifled at the moment, same goes to playing Pet Society. OH WELLS. I have to save up for that Chanel bag! Which means.. work shall come first. I’m an impulse buyer. And I tried to reason why I buy things and usually regret after the purchases. And I bet most of you went through the kind of agony I am going through. So here are the reasons.. WHY.

1. The word ‘Sale’.

When you’ve been eyeing this particular dress at a boutique for a damn long time but you can’t get it ‘cos it’s too expensive to be owned… and suddenly.. the word ‘Sale’ made your heart stop pounding and you know YOU HAVE TO GET IT. I experienced that countless of times, esp when there is a more than 50% discount. I used that mantra and it works on people around me- “DON’T THINK ALREADY! Just buy!!”

2. It fits like nobody’s business.

It’s hard to find a piece of clothing that I will love. Like really, really LOVE. ‘Cos of my large frame (imma UK12), I am always having trouble finding clothes that fit my damn nicely. Meaning, it hides all the flaws and look seriously decent. And this is especially true about JEANS. My chunky thighs are always depressing me when it comes to bottoms.

3. Boyfriend says ‘Nice, REALLY!’

Although I hate to admit this, my boyfriend’s opinion does influence my buying decision. If I don’t like a particular piece of clothing but he think that it’s damn cute on me, I’ll give it a half-hearted try and if his verdict is… ‘Nice what! NO meh?’ I will go.. ‘Really meh? Don’t you think that my arms look damn fat in this?’

and his reply? ‘Nice, really.’

and… there goes the money for a week of lunch.

4. It’s NOT the in thang.

I notice that some people wear something for the sake of being trendy, without really caring if the fit’s good for them. I don’t really care about being in or out. As long as I can pull off a certain outfit, I don’t give two hoots even if it was the in thang 2 years back.

5. Excess influx of capital.

In another words, the pay has arrived. So every thing that caught my eye, my mind will do some mental calculation and if I really think it’s worth it, the Nets card really come in handy!

6. Therapy.

After a week of stress from work, retail takes that STRESS off and make me feel damn shiok, even if I only spend 11 bucks on a Forever 21 tanktop. =D and best part? you’re not the carrying the truckloads of shopping bags.

Love this new DSquared Fall collection! Especially love the fact te models carry drinks from Starbucks, much like strutting down a normal street on a normal day, but with damn stylish dressing. I like.

I can imagine a maxi dress paired with black tote and damn simpled black sandals, but pile on the accessories. Hot day? Shades please.

After months of searching high and low, in and out for the PERFECT leather brown bag… I’m damn happy to announce: I’VE FOUND IT!!! It takes after the design of Coach’s Gigi tote bag and it caught my eye instantly! And the best part? The shop is having moving out sale, so the bag’s bought at 50% off!!! I bought it without thinking twice! HAHA!

I am on a crazy hunt for peeptoe heels in Nude! After spotting this lady sporting a pleated brown skirt and beige cardigan walking into the train with a pair of humble nude heels made me want to own one too!

And concidentally, I saw a pair from Charles & Keith factory outlet in Anchorpoint shopping centre the other day but the size was a size too big for me, next thing I know, I met the exact same pair again! It’s a sign, I swear.
